Complete Contractor orientation and sign off process.
Sign Contract and fill out any and all relevant paperwork prior to the commencement of any work – failure to do so, may result in a delay in payment for services provided to the E-VISION PROJECT DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION.
Whenever performing work always check in with your E-VISION PROJECT DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION contact to inform them you are on site and review any hazards that may exist at present.
It is the responsibility of the Contractor/Sub-Contractor and/or their employees to not endanger any employee or the public through your actions at the worksite.
Ensure all equipment and/or machinery is safely and properly stored during non-work hours and will not cause any danger or hazard.
Communicate and control all hazards, either real or potential, for E-VISION PROJECT DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION staff, public and contractors. Contact Person: Simone Whiteside 864.921.6784
You are responsible to conduct a daily site assessment, to determine if there are any hazards, prior to the commencement of work.
You must immediately cease work should it be rendered dangerous. In such cases you should contact the E-VISION PROJECT DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION immediately.
Communicate to E-VISION PROJECT DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION any work that will require safeguards or special precautions on the part of the contracted project.
If you have good reason to believe the work you are asked to do poses imminent danger, to yourself or another worker or the public, you must refuse to do it. An “imminent danger” means a danger, which is not normal for your job, or any danger under which a person would not normally work.
WEAR NECESSARY SAFETY EQUIPMENT AND GEAR AT ALL TIMES ON WORK SITE (WE WILL PROVIDE SAFETY VEST AND HARD HATS. ALL CONTRACTOR LABORS MEET OSHA REQUIREMENTS.

All communications while on E-VISION PROJECT DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION business should be professional and courteous. Communications that are offensive; discriminatory; sexually explicit; disruptive; harassing; or used to solicit commercial, religious, political, or charitable causes are strictly prohibited. E-VISION PROJECT DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION encourages all Independent Contractors to ensure that electronic communications stay well within policy requirements and that they reflect positively upon themselves and E-VISION PROJECT DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION.
Use of Cell Phones While DrivingWhen driving a car, driving is your first and primary responsibility. If it is necessary to use your cell phone in your vehicle, use a hands free device or park on the side of the road so you can concentrate on the call without endangering yourself and others.
Independent Contractors are advised to NOT remove their visual focus from the road to use a cell phone and to handle phone calls in a safe and responsible manner.
E-mailed communications while on E-VISION PROJECT DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION business should be done in a proper and ethical way. Independent Contractors are encouraged to exercise restraint and caution in drafting and transmitting messages over e- mail. As such, all external and internal e-mail messages should demonstrate professionalism and respect
The emergence of social media/networking sites (such as LinkedIn®, Facebook™, Twitter™, MySpace™, YouTube™, etc.) have created unique opportunities for businesses and individuals to interact in a virtual environment.
Independent Contractors are advised to not post anything in the name of E-VISION PROJECT DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, or in a manner that could reasonably be attributed to E-VISION PROJECT DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, its clients, its affiliates, or third parties without prior authorization. Independent Contractors should be aware that internet postings can be reviewed by anyone, including E-VISION PROJECT DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION. As such, individuals should refrain from making inappropriate, slanderous, harmful, or damaging remarks online about E-VISION PROJECT DEVLOPMENT CORPORATION or its employees, other contractors, or affiliates nor should remark be made that may cause, or have the potential to cause, damaging effects on E-VISION PROJECT DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION or its reputation.
Contractor agrees that Confidential Information is of extreme value to Company and would cause irreparable harm to Company if disclosed to other persons, or if utilized by Contractor or Contractor's agents for unauthorized purposes
"Confidential Information" or "Trade Secret" shall include any and all information and the fruits thereof which is not generally available to the general public and derives from E-VISION PROJECT DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION AND OR ITS agents. The Confidential Information may be oral, written and/or stored in any medium or manner whatsoever, including but not limited to magnetic disks, e-mails, recordings, etc. Such information may be technical or scientific, or relate to business matters such as business plans, existing or potential customers, finances, etc.
