PLI COLLABORATES TO ESTABLISH THE BLUE INITIATIVE PROGRAM

Palmetto Leadership Institute has collaborated with Blue initiative to enable local  opportunity zone stakeholders to improve neighborhood security and surveillance

The program is sponsored by E-Vision Project Development Corporation and Orchid Farm LLC to designed the Safety and Security Technology Simulation Centers (SSTSC) that to enhance emergency preparation, provide broadband access, video surveillance training for public safety, community stakeholders, and high school students.

Spartanburg, South Carolina, USA – Palmetto Leadership Institute is an IRS Approved 501c3 organization that prepares free-market young leaders in business management, technology efficiency, and leadership. The organization relies upon knowledge generation that improves free enterprise opportunities, student achievement, and financial success. PLI, in collaboration with eye Blue initiative, is all set to organize Blue Initiative Pilot Program Launch Event where it will deploy E-Vision Project Development Corporation’s proprietary evisioneye security surveillance solutions for community emergency response, broadband access, and video surveillance training for public safety departments.

In line with its commitment to empowering opportunity zone stakeholders by enabling them to have access to better security, Palmetto Leadership Institute will deploy state-of-the-art Safety and Security Technology Simulation Centers (SSTSC) designed by E-Vision Project Development Corporation. While talking about this measure, one of the spokespersons of PLI said: “The core components of the pilot program is training for public safety departments, community leaders and students in the utilization of AXIS Communication technologies and provide an opportunity for participants to achieve AXIS Security Professional Certifications. The initial technologies that will be deployed provided by E-VisionEye will be the following: E-VisionEye Solar Power POE Tower that will utilize the AXIS Q60 Series mission-critical camera combined with AXIS Q6010-E for full 360 multi-directional. In addition to the customized Eye Tower will deploy the license plate specialized cameras, Broadband access point with up to the 8-mile range for community utilization testing, emergency alert internet protocol speakers, and two-way radio antenna that will be utilized to training community leaders in emergency communications.” The organization also plans to install E-VisionEye Hub, a solar power mobile substation that will provide observation and training facilities for the program.

The new SSTSC designed by E-Vision Project Development Corporation will incorporate AXIS Communications security surveillance technologies into training objectives based on the needs of community stakeholders. The SSTSC will play a vital role in establishing an integrated approach to utilizing video surveillance to provide safer environments.

The Blue Initiative Pilot Program Groundbreaking Event will also serve as an opportunity for PLI to honor community leaders for their commitment and outstanding achievements in the areas of community empowerment, law enforcement, and education. The award recipients’ names will be engraved on the eye security light towers. The list of awardees includes U.S. Senator Lindsey Graham-SC, U.S. Senator Tim Scott, Stephen Gilchrist, U.S. Commissioner for Civil Rights, and Chairman of the South Carolina African American Chamber of Commerce, State Senator Glen Reese, Former SC House District 31 Representative and Founder of Hattie House Inc Brenda Lee, Former School District 7 Superintendent Dr. Russell W. Booker, George Dean Johnson, Jr., founder of Johnson Development Associates, Mary Ann Riley, James C. Mitchell Jr, Chief Jeff Hadden, Flossie Mae Whiteside, and Spartanburg County Sheriff Chuck Wright.
